Urbana Place Senior Living is looking to add an Administrative Assistant/Staffing Coordinator to their team!

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and project assistance to Administrator and Department Managers.  They are responsible for preparing and managing the homecare scheduling and ensuring coverage.  Other responsibilities include answering the phone, directing visitors, customer service, computer tasks, some accounting, order & distribute office supplies, along with other clerical duties as assigned

Job Requirements

This applicant must have good communication, organizational, problem solving, prioritizing, some accounting, typing and computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Also being excellent with multi tasking, multi phone lines, accounting, and customer service skills.
