Minnehaha Senior Living is looking to add an experienced Clinical Case Manager to their team!

The Clinical Case Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Health Services in the coordination of day-to-day operations in the Assisted Living Facilities.  Responsibilities include assisting the DHS in hiring, training, orientating, supervising and ensuring appropriate personnel are staffed in order to maintain adequate levels to meet the needs of tenants on a 24 hour basis, seven days a week.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a current RN license in the facility state.
  • Previous experience in an assisted living or memory care facility preferred.
  •  Must possess ethical and professional standards, good communication skills and be able to participate in the mission of the facility.
