Job Description

Tealwood Senior Living is looking to add a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to their amazing team!!

This is a support position and will complete and provide assistance with payroll processing, training and orientation of payroll and benefit systems, auditing of practices and data management, and benefits administration and open enrollments. This position may also provide leadership in other areas of human resources including policy and practice guidance, employee relations, worker's compensation management, and recruiting as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A Cover Letter and Resume must be submitted at the time of application.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, and employee relations. 
  • Familiarity with complex payroll, benefit, and HR systems.
  • Candidates that bring healthcare experience will be given preference.
  • Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws, including those that apply to payroll and benefit administration.
  • Advanced computer skills required.
