Job Description

Providence Place is looking to add a few Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to their amazing team!

We are looking for a Certified Nurse Assistant who combines a passion for providing the best nursing care with the knowledge and the skills necessary to manage our residents' care in a competent manner. You also should be compassionate, tactful, and enthusiastic, with a demonstrated ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. It is also important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability and willingness to establish effective working relationship with our residents and nursing staff.

CNA Certified Nurse Assistant – Caregiver (Senior Care Nursing)

The shift(s) for this position are as follows: 

Days, Evenings, Overnights

The pay range would be:

$14.25-$17.36

 

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be registered by the state of MN to work as a nursing assistant in long term care.
  • Must have a genuine interest in working with seniors and always maintain patience and provide cares in a caring, helpful manner.
  • Must maintain a neat appearance.
  • Must attend a minimun of twelve hours of in service annually.
  • Must be able to complete charting and documentation on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all department staff.
  • Must understand the importance of proper body mechanics when lifting, transporting, or transferring.
