Job Description

Hamilton House is looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead their team!

The ED leads facility management staff in all aspects of facility operations. Monitors the delivery of services provided to the residents. Assists in developing services and/or programs to meet the needs of the resident community. This includes public relations, marketing, financial management, and oversight of the building, staff, and programs. Assures facility is in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. To lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed as Nursing Home Administrator in the state of operation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or other related field.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and /or advertising.
  • Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
  • Must possess basic computer skills, including email use
  • Must be able to ocassionally travel; including overnight stays
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
  • Must meet all local health regulations, and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This Requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
