Job Description
Come join our amazing team at The Legacy of Delano! Our HHA's love to work at The Legacy!
**Shift Differential - $1 for Evening and $2 for Overnight**
Does providing non-professional nursing care under the supervision and direction of a nurse sound rewarding and fulfilling? If so, come join our team and each day you will love what you do! On any given day, this care may include assisting our tenants with hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation, checking vital signs, and responding to call lights. You may also assist with restorative and rehabilitation programs as needed. We'd love you to join our team!
The shift(s) for this position are as follows:
Days, Overnights, Weekends
The pay range would be:
$13.30-$17.55 plus differential
Job Requirements
- Must provide a helpful and caring attitude towards tenants, families, and other staff.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
- Must be able to recognize and report significant changes in a tenant's health status.
- Must be able to complete all job requirements according to established facility policies and procedures.
- Must be able to accurately document and chart as needed.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with tenants, families, and other staff to ensure the highest quality of care and customer service is provided.
