Job Description

Birchwood Senior Living is looking to add a Business Office Payroll and Benefits Specialist to their amazing team!  This is a part time position with opportunity to move to full time in the future.

This position will be responsible for all payroll processing and benefit administration with employees including application processing, retirement benefit enrollment, and auditing of financial accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in business office environment, preferably  with payroll, benefits or accounting background.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills: Communicate clearly and confidently, coach and motivate others, handle employee issues, etc.
  • Responsible, mature and flexible.
  • Have good problem solving and decision making skills along with attention to detail.
  • Possess ability to balance day to day management of priorities of people, projects, and deadlines.
