Tealwood Senior Living is adding this exciting role to their team!

The Regional Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting and growing new and current senior housing communities through marketing efforts with the community team to increase occupancy through two primary areas:

1. Driving, managing, and converting leads for designated start up properties.

2. Mentoring and supporting onsite marketing staff in designated communities to grow census.

This will include the application and training of marketing and sales techniques, onsite at times. This position is primarily an outside sales and outreach position being at least 80% outside of the facility.Area travel will be required between facilities in the Southeastern Wisconsin area.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent marketing experience and 1 year experience in marketing, public relations, or advertisng.

Experience and contacts in the local healthcare market.

Exceptional telephone, communication skils and the desire to work closely with senior adults essential.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a healthcare setting or industry.
